Introduction

Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, .25 piece
    Chicken Breast, no skin, 2.5 unit
    Sprite, 4 oz (1/2 cup)
    Tomato products, Hunts Diced Tomatoes w/ Basil, Garlic, and Oregano, 7 serving (2 cans, with juices)
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, 1 cup
    Garlic, 2 tbsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Allspice, .5 tsp
    Cumin seed, .25 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, .25 tsp
    Diced Chilies, 4 serving (1 can)

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray
Place pork on bottom of pot, in the center
Place chicken pieces around the pork
Season with onion powder, Allspice, cumin & cinnamon
Add diced chilies, mainly directly on top of the pork
Add minced garlic all around the pot
Add tomatoes, with juices
Add Sprite
Drain and add green beans
Cover and set on Low
