Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
*Rice Dream Egg Nog, 12 oz
I like to make parfaits with unsweetened apple sauce between layers of eggnog pudding, it's great!!!!
Remove frozen bananas from freezer and put in blender with egg nog flavored rice milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend on high until it reaches consistency of pudding. Keep chilled and serve in 1/2 c. serving containers.
Serving Size: makes 4 1/2 c servings.
