Introduction

I wanted to eat egg not pudding but didn't want to make it so fattening so used bananas to make it blended and sweet. I wanted to eat egg not pudding but didn't want to make it so fattening so used bananas to make it blended and sweet.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    Banana, fresh, 2 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Nutmeg, ground, .5 tsp
    *Rice Dream Egg Nog, 12 oz

Tips

I like to make parfaits with unsweetened apple sauce between layers of eggnog pudding, it's great!!!!


Directions

put two medium bananas in freezer and freeze for 3 hours or overnight.

Remove frozen bananas from freezer and put in blender with egg nog flavored rice milk, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Blend on high until it reaches consistency of pudding. Keep chilled and serve in 1/2 c. serving containers.

Serving Size: makes 4 1/2 c servings.
