Introduction

I love this recipe because you can make a batch up freeze it.

Instead of having this on a roll I love to habe this burger on a nice salad with Lite Rasberry Walnut Dressing.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 lb ground turkey (not plain ground turkey breast)
    2 Tablespoons Carrots, Diced
    2 tablespoons fresh cilantro , minced ( Dried is fine also)
    2 teaspoons low sodium soy sauce
    1 teaspoon fresh ginger , minced
    1 tablespoon gralic, Minced.



Tips

This is a burger you can add your own touch to.


Directions

Combine ingredients, shape into burgers and grill!
