Introduction

I got this gluten free pancake recipe from the Eating Clean Diet website, and altered it to fit my family's needs. Enjoy! I got this gluten free pancake recipe from the Eating Clean Diet website, and altered it to fit my family's needs. Enjoy!
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1.5 C. Oats
    1.5 C. Unsweetened Blueberries
    3/4 C. Skim Milk
    3 scoops Chocolate Aria Protein Powder
    4 tbsp Smart Balance Buttery Spread
    6 tbsp Ground Flax
    10 large egg whites


Tips

Make sure the batter mixes thoroughly or the first few pancakes you pour will be watery.


Directions

Place all ingredients except Smart Balance Buttery Spread into a blender and blend until smooth. Let the batter rest while you place skillet on the stove on medium heat. Melt a little of the Smart Balance Buttery Spread in the skillet. When good and warm, pour a 2-3 inch in diameter dollop of the batter, and let cook just like you would a pancake. When the top begins to bubble, flip. Serve with a little bit of syrup, and enjoy!!
