Ingredients

9 lasagna noodles
2 T olive oil
1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 15-oz can tomato sauce
1 15-oz can diced tomatoes
2 tsp Italian seasonings
12 oz ricotta cheese
8 ounces mozzarella, shredded
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Tips
Directions
Boil noodles according to package directions. Meanwhile, heat oil in skillet. Stir in beef and garlic and cook until beef is browned. Drain excess fat if necessary. Add tomato sauce and diced tomatoes with seasonings and simmer 15 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir ricotta into sauce. Build the lasagna in a 13x9x2 glass casserole dish by alternating layers of noodles, mozzarella, sauce, and parmesan. There should be three layers altogether.
Bake in oven at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes until heated through and bubbly.
