Shrimp Ceviche

Ingredients

3 Firm tomatoes
1 Medium Cucumber
1/4 c. Onion (red, white, or yellow)
1/2 bunch of Fresh Cilantro
16 oz Cooked, peeled Baby Shrimp
3 Lemons
2 T. El Tapetio Hot Sauce
Directions
Combine in bowl:
Diced tomatos into 0.25 in cubes
Peeled, seeded, and diced Cucumbers into 0.25 in cubes
Finely chopped Cilantro
Finely chopped Onion
Speeze juice from 3 fresh lemons over veggies
Add 16 oz of cooked baby shrimp
Add hot sauce to flavor
Chill for 1/2 hour and serve
Makes 10 servings
