2 cups Egg Beater Substitute
1 Cup Skim Milk
2 Tbsp ground Cinnamon
1Tbsp Vanilla Extract
16 slices french bread

Directions
mix the egg beater substitute, milk, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Slice bread into 1"+ size slices and soak in mix and place on greased cookie sheet.
Preheat oven to 500 and preheat cookie sheet for 1 minute. Arrange slices of pre-soaked bread on sheet, bake for 6-8 minutes, turn pieces over and bake another 3-4 minutes.
