Sweet Potato Casserole

    Butternut Squash, 4 cup, cubes
    Sweet potato, cooked, baked in skin, without salt, 5 large
    Margarine like spread, approximately 40% fat, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, .66 cup
    Brown Sugar, .33 cup, packed
    Honey, .50 cup
    2 teaspoons vanilla
    3/4 t. nutmeg
    Egg, fresh, 3 extra large, beaten
    Whole Milk / Vitamin D, 2.5 cup heated
    Flour, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Margarine like spread, approximately 40% fat, 1 cup
    Pecans, 1 cup, chopped
    1/2 t. cinnamon
    1/2 t. nutmeg


Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Butter a 13 x 9 and a 8 x8 baking dish. Bake the potatoes and squash, beat, add margarine, sugars, honey, vanilla, and nutmeg until blended. Add eggs and beatg 2 min. Add hot milk beat at low speed. Put into baking dishes, combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over the casseroles. Bake 1 1/2 hours.
