Corn Pudding

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 17 oz can Cream Corn
    1 16 oz can whole corn, undrained
    1 8 oz carton sour cream
    1/2 cup butter (margarine) melted
    1 8 oz package corn bread mix (Jiffy Mix)


Directions

Grease a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl. Place mixture in casserole dish. Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.
