*Heart Smart Bisquick (mix only), 1 cup
Milk, 1%, .75 cup
Papetti All Whites (egg white substitute), 0.25 cup
Soy Protein Supplement, 2 tbsp
Metamucil Fibersure (clearmixing; cooking), 1 tsp
Banana, 1 Cup mashed
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Banana Extract 1 tsp
*Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking, 3 tsp
Mix all the ingredients together in large bowl.
Spray pan with non-fat cooking spray
Make sure pan is medium-high. then reduce to medium heat.
Pour 1/2-1/3 cup servings to make pancakes.
let cook for about 2-3 minutes
when bubbling, flip; let cook for another minute
Makes 2 servings (4 pancakes each)
