Christmas Morning Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients

    1 lb. pork sausage
    6 eggs, slightly beaten
    6 slices wheat bread
    1 c. cheddar cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dry mustard
    2 c. milk

Directions

Brown sausage and drain. Beat eggs with salt, milk, and mustard. Spray a 9X13 casserole dish with cooking spray. Layer bread, sausage, and cheese in pan. Pour egg mixture over all. Refridgerate overnight Christmas Eve while you wait for Santa. Bake at 350F for 45-60 minutes while you open presents Christmas morning.
