Ingredients

    1 lb skinless boneless chicken
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can carrots,rinsed and drainrd
    3 ribs celery, chopped
    1 onion chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    1can mushrooms, rinsed and drained
    2 c chicken broth
    1 tsp minced garlic
    1 tsp marojam
    salt, pepper, parsely to taste

Directions

mix all ingredeints in crock pot. cook on low 8 to 10 hours. mix 1 tbsp cornstarch with a little water. add to crock pot, stir until thickend
