Ingredients

    1/2 cup oatmeal, (not instant)
    1 cup no fat milk
    1/4 of small apple diced
    small box raisins
    10 peacan or any other nut you like
    dash of cinnamon

Directions

Toast oatmeal and nuts in saucepan for about 3-4 mins. Will get a toasty smell
Add all ingredients and cook for about 2-3 minutes.

Serve with additional fresh fruits of your choice. (papaya, berries, mangos, etc.)
