Introduction

Ingredients

    3c flour
    5 tbsp butter
    1 1/2 cup buttermilk, lowfat
    1 tbsp baking powder
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp baking soda

Directions

Combine flour and leavening. Add butter and knead until crumbly. Add buttermilk and mix. Roll out to 3/4 thickness. Cut to 17 biscuits. Bake at 450 for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
