Beef and Turkey Meatloaf

Ingredients

    16 oz. Lean ground beef
    8 oz. Lean ground turkey
    1/2 C Egg substitute
    3/4 C Non-Fat Milk
    1/2 C Oats (Gluten free)
    3/4 C Tomatoes, chopped
    3/4 C red peppers, chopped
    1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
    3 slices Turkey Bacon
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp paprika
    1 tsp pepper, red or cayenne
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tbsp onion powder
    Dash of salt
    1 tsp black pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, thoroughly combine the beef and turkey. In a separate bowl, beat the eggs and then stir in the milk and oats. Pour egg mixture into the meat mixture and combine thoroughly. Add remaining ingredients and combine again until fully incorporated. Form into loaf in a roasting pan and cover with turkey bacon. Bake 45-50 minutes.
