Grilled and Marinaded Shrimp

Introduction

DELICIOUS MARINADED AND GRILLED SHRIMP! DELICIOUS MARINADED AND GRILLED SHRIMP!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    2 lbs jumbo shrimps, shelled and devained, tail left on

    1 large clove of garlic, crushed (or garlic powder)

    Salt

    1 lime or lemon juice

    1/3 cup olive oil

Directions

Remove shells without disturbing tails. In a NON-REACTIVE BOWL, combine crushed garlic, salt, lime juice and olive oil. Put shrimp in bowl; stir to coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours. Thread shrimp onto skewers and grill for about 12-15 minutes, turning frequently. Remove tails if cooking under broiler.
Serves 4

You can make as little or as much as you want. I have always disliked shrimp till I made this recipe! Now I crave it!
