1 thin sliced chicken breast (3oz) pounded out to 1/4 inch
1/4 cup of pizza sauce
1/4 cup of part skim mozerella cheese
4 slices of turkey pepperoni
meanwhile, preheat oven to 350
use the chicken as your crust, add sauce, chesse and pepperoni. You may add additional veggies, however these are not figured into the calorie count
bake 10 mins or until cheese is melted and pepperoni is crisp.
