12 medium mushrooms
3 TBSP canned black olives, crushed
1/2 pkg (4 oz) of Fat Free Cream Cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheese (I use Kraft Shredded Mexican Four Cheese Blend)
Dash of black ground pepper
1/4 tsp seasoning salt (We used Johnny's)
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 TBSP of raw, chopped cilantro (OPTIONAL)
PAM cooking spray (OPTIONAL)
Wash mushrooms, clean out centers and stems with spoon and place on baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except cooking spray.
Stuff mushrooms with mixture. Spray with cooking spray lightly over mushrooms.
Place in preheated oven for appx 10-15 minutes, until browned.
Serve hot. I serve 3 medium mushrooms for a side dish in this serving size.
