Introduction

Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Pork Tenderloin, 1.5 piece
    Potato, raw, 4 small (1-3/4" to 2-1/2" dia.)
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 2 tbsp
    Onion powder, 1 tsp
    Allspice, 1 tsp
    Beans, white, 1 cup
    Green Giant Cut Green Beans, can, 2 cup
    Garlic, 4 tbsp
    Hidden Valley Ranch Mix, dry, 28 gram(s)

Directions

Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place pork pieces in bottom of pot, any fat facing up.
Add water.
Sprinkle with onion powder and Allspice.
Wash/scrub potatoes and dice, add to pot around pork in water.
Add minced garlic, spreading it around.
Drain and add white beans over the lot.
Sprinkle with Worcestershire sauce.
Drain and add green beans.
Sprinkle on the Ranch Seasoning mix over the beans.
Cover and set on High for 5-6 hours.
