Beef Tips with Mushrooms

Ingredients

    Beef,stew meat - 1 lb
    *Campbells' Cream of Mushroom Soup-98% Fat Free,
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup,
    *Ronzoni, Smart Taste Egg Noodles, 12 oz
    Carrots, raw, 4 medium sliced
    Peas, frozen, .5 package (10 oz)
    *Soup, Lipton Onion soup mix(1 Packet)
    Red Wine Vinegar 2 tbsp
    Salt & Pepper to taste
    Water 1/2 cup

Directions

Mix Mushroom soup, onion soup mix, and water in a large pot. Add beef, mushrooms, carrots & peas. Season with Red Wine Vinegar.
Cook on medium heat about 30 minutes, or until meat is cooked.
