Lean Turkey Italian Sausage HOT, 5 servings
Diced Chilies, 4 servings
Campbell's Cream of Chicken with Herbs (1 can), 2 serving
Chickpeas (garbanzo beans), 2 cup
Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
Good Seasons Italian Recipe Mix, 38 grams (2 packets)
Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
Garlic, 4 tbsp
White Rice, long grain, 4 cups
Onion powder, 1 tsp
Pepper, black, 2 dashes
Tips
Directions
Spray pot with non-stick cooking spray.
Place sausages in bottom of pot.
Dollop minced garlic over the sausages.
Drain and add the garbanzo beans.
Season with onion powder and black pepper; also add a healthy portion of dried red pepper flakes.
Add water.
Add cream of chicken soup with herbs.
Add a bit more minced garlic.
Add diced chilies.
Add a splash of Worcestershire sauce.
Cover and set on Low.
Prior to serving, cook rice.
