Introduction

The pizza is gluten free it's a combination of turkey sausage, pizza sauce, onions, sweet red and yellow peppers, grape tomatoes and shredded mozzarella cheese. I had 2 of the Udi's gluten crust so I baked 1 and froze the other. Ingredients

    2 Udi's Gluten Free Pizza Crust
    Pizza Sauce Dei Fratelli 8oz Can
    Loius Rich Turkey Sausage 16oz tube
    Onions raw chopped 1/2 cup
    Vine Sweet Mini Peppers 6 peppers
    Grape Tomatoes 1/2 cup
    Great Value Shredded Mozzarella Cheese 12oz

Tips

I baked one of the pizzas and froze one for later use. Each pizza serves three people two slices.


Directions

Cook the turkey sausage and add any spices you prefer. Next sweat the peppers and onion till almost translusent. Divide all of the ingredients between the 2 crust. Spread pizza sauce on the crust then the turkey sausage followed by the peppers and onions. Next cut the grape tomatoes and position them between the pizzas. Last divide the mozzarella cheese between the crust. Bake at 350* for 20 minutes or until cheese is the desired brown on top.
