IntroductionSubstituted wild duck for chicken or turkey in a stove top stuffing casserole dish. Substituted wild duck for chicken or turkey in a stove top stuffing casserole dish.
1 box stove top stuffing
1/2 bag frozen mixed vegetables
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 duck breasts, without skin
Wrap a slice of bacon (turkey bacon) around each piece of duck before cooking for added flavor and to help retain moisture. (not included in nutrition information)
Prepare stuffing according to package directions.
Mix soup and vegetables in bowl. Spread mixture evenly onto the duck.
Top with stuffing. Bake 30 minutes at 350
