Lentil Mahogany Rice Soup

Ingredients

    lentils
    mahogany rice
    spinach
    onions
    garlic
    seasoning
    salt
    carrots
    celery
    olive oil

Directions

In a pressure cooker saute onions, garlic and seasonings in olive oil. Add all ingredients plus 8 cups of water. Close pressure cooker. Heat until pressure rises. Cook for 25 minutes. Let it release naturally.
