A tasty, egg-free way to make a thick, rich custard-style pudding that's great as a yellow or strawberry cake filling, or just eating out of a bowl. A tasty, egg-free way to make a thick, rich custard-style pudding that's great as a yellow or strawberry cake filling, or just eating out of a bowl.
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    1.5 L milk (at least 1% fat)
    25 gr cornflour
    30 gr sugar
    60 gr cocoa

Directions

Mix cornflour, sugar and cooca in a saucepan.
Pour in the cold milk and mix well.
Bring to a rapid boil, reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes.
Remove from heat and cool slightly.
Pour into ramekins and chill before serving.
