    *Ground Beef 93% Lean, 8 oz
    *Green Bell Pepper (Whole Pepper), 4 serving
    Tomato Sauce, 1 cup
    *Sargento Reduced Fat Cheese, 2/3 cup
    *Rice, Success Boil-in-Bag Whole Grain Brown Rice, 1 cup prepared

Directions

boil bell peppers. While peppers are boiling boil rice as well and cook grown beef and drain. Add rice, tomato sauce, cheese and ground beef together. Stir. Fill peppers with mixture.
