VERY Spicy Chili Con Carne

Submitted by: EARLYBIRDM

Introduction

We like things spicy, so this is how I make it. I don't expect anyone to make it this way. I typed it up because my husband and I need to count our sodium and carbs and this was the only way I could post it on my meal plan. If you make this, you may want to use a packaged spice mix instead. We like things spicy, so this is how I make it. I don't expect anyone to make it this way.
