Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    Ingredients:
1 medium size peach, stone removed and sliced
1 medium size apple, cored and sliced
    1 cup baby spinach leaves
    1 cup packed kale
    1 medium zuchinni
1 avocado (skin and stone removed)
    2 clementines
    3/4 cup broccoli slaw
    1/2 cup low-fat quark
    3 tbsp flax oil
    3 cups Mango Juice
    water if needed

Tips

If you plan on drinking your smoothies throughout the day, do not blend them all in the morning. It is also recommended to add juice right before blending. If you are missing certain ingredients, just leave them out or substitute - it will still taste great as long as mango juice is used as the mixer.

Directions

This smoothie can be made and divided into 4-5 magic bullet cups each morning, and blended throughout the day. Ingredients do not require cooking and most do not require peeling. The most important ingredient is a good blender or magic bullet with separate cups for blending. For people who struggle to achieve their 5-10 daily servings of fruits and vegetables, this is a delicious way to get them!

Serving Size: makes 5 smoothies - drink as meal replacements throughout the day, or feed a family in the morning!

Number of Servings: 5
