Ingredients

Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 1 lb
1-tablespoon minced garlic
½-cup diced onion
2-cups sliced mushrooms
Flour, white, .25 cup
1 cube beef boullion
1 pinch ground black pepper
Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1.25 tsp
Almond milk, 2.25 cup
Tips
This recipe would work with any thinly sliced, shredded or ground meat.
Directions
Brown turkey, garlic, onion, and mushrooms.
Stir in flour, boullion, and pepper. Stir until flour is absorbed.
Gradually stir in the milk and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer, stirring constantly. Cook until thickened.
Serve over whole wheat noodles or mashed potatoes.
