Ingredients

    1 cup Silk Pure Almond milk (unsweetened)
    1 cup frozen strawberries, unsweetened
    1/2 banana, fresh
    1 1/2 Tbsp Chia Seeds
    1 Tsp Truvia

Tips

Chia seeds absorb 9 X their weight in water, so the smoothie will thicken a little after a bit.

Directions

Mix the Chia Seeds in with the Almond milk and let sit while you add the remaining ingredients in your food processor, blender, or juicer. Add Almond milk mixture to fruits and blend to desired consistency.
