Ingredients

    (4) poatoes
    1 cup sliced carrots
    1 cup corn
    6 oz of summer sausage (use chicken breast for less calories)

Directions

Peel and chop poatatoes . Slice carrots. Boil until tender add corn and sausage. Simmer for 20 min.
