0.66 cup lime juice
0.66 cup thinly sliced green onions
4 tablespoon gluten free soy sauce
4 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced
1 teaspoon red-pepper flakes
3 pounds flank steak cut up into strips for easy cooking.
To serve: Thaw. Heat grill to high; lightly oil grates. Remove steak from marinade, letting excess drip off (discard marinade); season with salt and black pepper. Place on grill; cover. Cook, turning once, until meat reaches desired doneness, 6 to 8 minutes for medium-rare. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing thinly. This will make 3 dinners for us. Use 1 pound of steak for each bag. Serve with baked potatoes."
