Turkey Corn Chowder

Ingredients

    2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Light
    1/4 cup raw onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. white flour
    1 14.5 oz. can low sodium chicken broth
    1 15 oz. oz. can Yellow Sweet Corn, drained
    1 cup raw potato, diced
    1 1/2 cups cooked diced turkey breast
    salt, pepper, thyme
    2 cups Almond Breeze original, unsweetened

Directions

In a 2 quart sauce pan, saute onion in the butter until tender. Add flour and stir until smooth. Slowly stir in chicken broth and simmer until slightly thickened. Add the corn, potato, and turkey. Season to taste with salt, peeper and thyme. Stir in the almond milk. Bring to a boil and simmer for about 20 minutes.

Serving Size: 1 cup
