Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    White Rice, long grain, 1 cup (remove)
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp (remove)
    Carrots, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)
    Peas, frozen, 0.5 cup (remove)
    Scrambled Egg, 1 large (remove)
    Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, whole (remove)
    *Soy Sauce, .25 cup (remove)
    Pork Tenderloin, 8 oz (remove)

Directions

cook rice with 2 cups water, set aside to cool once cooked.

Heat 1 Tbsp oil in large wok

chop veggies and pork into small pieces; stir fry pork, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, add veggies.

Add rice and mix with a spatula. Add the rest of the oil and soy sauce.

Part the rice ad fry an egg in the center, scramble it then mix in with the rest of the fried rice.

Serving Size: makes 8 side servings
