Veggie Pizza

Introduction

Good classic veggie pizza!!! Good classic veggie pizza!!!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    Pizza Dough:
    3/4 cup Warm Water
    1 tbsp dry active Yeast
    1.5 cup Whole Wheat Flour
    1 tbsp Yellow Cornmeal
    1 tbsp Extra Light Olive Oil

    (Mix the yeast with the warm water and let sit until dissolved [5 minutes]. Add in all other ingredients and knead for 10 minutes. Roll out!)

    Pizza Sauce:
    1 can Tomato Paste
    1 clove Garlic
    2 tbsp Basil
    1 tbsp Oregano

    (Mix together and spread over the dough.)

    Toppings:
    1 cup Mushrooms sliced
    1 cup Pineapple chunks
    1 cup Green Peppers sliced
    1 cup Onions sliced
    1 cup Mozzarella Cheese shredded
    0.5 cup Cheddar Cheese shredded

    (Cover with toppings and bake for 10 - 15 minutes at 450F. Enjoy!!!)
