Easy Nachos

Introduction

This makes 2 platters worth of nachos. My kids love it! This makes 2 platters worth of nachos. My kids love it!
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 pkg taco seasoning
    2 cups shredded colby jack cheese
    1 can chopped black olives
    1 bag tortilla chips

Directions

Brown ground beef in skillet, drain. Add taco seasoning per package instructions. Spread chips to cover platter. Add seasoned beef on top of chips. Add cheese and olives. Microwave 1.5 minutes to melt cheese. Then enjoy!
