    2 ripe pears, peeled, cored and cut into chunks
    1 to 2 cups filtered water
    2 lemons, juiced
    1 to 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and sliced
    1 cup chopped kale
    1 cup chopped collards
    2 kiwi fruit, peeled

Tips

Original recipe calls for 5 kale leaves and 5 collard leaves.
