1 can of garbanzo beans and juice
2 tb. of gardinera/olive mix
1 wedge of lemon squeezed
1 dash of balsamic
2 cloves garlic minced or pressed
I also cut up Santa Fe whole grain tortillas, and slow bake them til crunchy; spray with olive oil first and sprinkle with a little ranch powder or whatever type rub you want.
Use these to dip in the hummus; high fibre, low cholesterol snack; good protein content; mmmmmmmm
