California Chow Mein

Introduction

Great way to use leftover turkey. May substitute a pound of browned ground beef or pork. Great way to use leftover turkey. May substitute a pound of browned ground beef or pork.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 cups leftover turkey
    2 cups chopped celery
    1 cup raw, white rice
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 cup low sodium soy sauce
    1 can mushroom pieces

    Mix together. Add 2 cups boiling water. Bake @ 350 for 1 hr.

    Garnish with chow mein noodles (not figured into nutritional analysis).

Directions

Bake @ 350 for 1 hour.
