Introduction

low fat no sugar muffins 2 WW pts ea low fat no sugar muffins 2 WW pts ea
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    2.25 c whole wheat flour
    2 tsp bak powder
    1/4 tsp baking soda
    3/4 c unsweetened applesauce
    .5 c skim milk
    1/3 c honey
    1/4 c egg product
    t tbsp oil
    1/2 c raisins

Directions

mix dry ingredients in one bowl, make well in mixture
mix wet ingredients in separate bowl
combine and stir till wet but lumpy
fold in raisins
pour into 12 oiled muffin tins
bake 20 min at 400 F
cool 5 min
