Broccoli, red onion, mayonaise, apple cider vinegar, splenda, dried cranberries, sunflower seeds, slivered almonds
Tips
Directions
Grate broccoli until you have four cups, grate 1/4 of a small onion into the grated broccoli. Add 3/4 cup of reduced fat mayonaise, mix well. Add 1/2 cup dried cranberries, 1/2 cup slivered almonds, 1/2 cup sunflower seeds, 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar, mix well. Add Splenda to taste. Chill and serve with lunch or dinner.
