Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    About 1/4 to 1/2 cup each of
    frozen mixed berries (strawberries, blackberries, raspberries)
    frozen mixed fruits (strawberries, peaches, mangoes)
    1/2 cup of frozen watermelon
    1 cup baby spinach
    dannon light and fit yogurt
    seltzer and / or water to blend to desired consistency

Tips

If you use light colored fruits, you'll get a great vibrant green color, if you use dark colored fruits, it won't be as pretty, but it is tasty and nutritious!


Directions

blend ingredients in a blender, pour and enjoy
