1 cup corn meal
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 TBS sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 cups almond milk
1 1/2 TBS vinegar
2 TBS apple sauce
Mix almond milk and vinegar and set aside.
Stir together all dry ingredients. Add apple sauce to "milk" mixture. Stir wet mix into dry mix until blended.
Pour mixture into dish and back for 25 minutes
Serving Size: 9 3-inch square servings
