Oatmeal with Protein and More Oatmeal with Protein and More

Ingredients

    2 1/2 cups old fashioned oats
    1/3 cup raisins
    1/3 cup sugar free jelly
    1/3 c sugar free syrup
    5 scoops protein powder
    1 T flax seed
    1 T Wheat Germ
    1 T Cinnamon
    1/2 cup dried apple bits (like gerber baby ones)
    7 cups water

Tips

I cook in crockpot for 3 hours, but you could do on stove if you like.

Directions

This is a big batch, but you can put in individual containers and freeze. You may need to add more water, make to consistency you like. I spray the crockpot with pam, then put the water in, then add all other ingredients.
