Ingredients

    1 Pomegranate
    1 Japanese Persimmon
    1 Royal Gala Apple
    juice from a fresh lemon
    A couple of sprigs of mint finely chopped

Directions

Remove the pomegranate seeds from the fruit (Look for instructions on youtube). Cut up the apple and the persimmon. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garnish with mint. Enjoy!
