Introduction

Ingredients

    14 oz chicken or veggie bullion
    1 15oz can black beans
    1 15oz can kidney beans
    1 15oz can diced tomatoes
    4 cloves minced garlic
    1 Tbsp parsley
    1 Tbsp basil
    1/4 tsp black pepper

Tips

Add barley or quinoa for more protein (1 cup dry adds about 100 calories).
Use whichever beans you prefer.


Directions

Add all ingredients to slow cooker and cook on High for 4-5 hours with lid on.
