Introduction

Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 lb Turkey Kolbassa, chopped
    2 cans chick peas
    1 can (large) diced tomatoes
    3 cups Kale, washed, deveined and chopped
    3 cups chicken broth
    3 cups water
    2 cups onion
    5 cloves garlic, crushed
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 large potato, chopped

Tips

Can also be cooked on low in a slow cooker.


Directions

1. Heat oil and sautee onions, potato and garlic.
2. Add kale and toss until wilted
3. Add all other ingredients and cook until potatoes are soft.

Serving Size: makes 8 - 1.5 cup services
