Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium, 1.5 cup (remove)
Cider Vinegar, .25 cup (remove)
Celery, raw, 1 cup, diced (remove)
*Raw White Onion (Serving = 1 medium Onion), 1 serving (remove)
Yellow Bell Pepper, 1 serving equals 1.8 oz or about 10 strips, 3 serving (remove)
*Aldi's Spice Club Minced Garlic - 1 tsp (5g), 3 serving (remove)
*Cumin seed, 1 tbsp (remove)
*Salt - Table - 1 tsp., 1 tsp (remove)
Pepper, black, .5 tsp (remove)
Flank Steak, 3 lb (remove)
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices (remove)
2.Put the lid on and cook on low until the meat is fork-tender, about 7 hours.
3. add spinach, cook another hour
4.Transfer the meat to a cutting board; let stand for 10 minutes. Shred the meat with 2 forks and return it to the slow cooker.
