Apple Sage Roast Pork

Ingredients

2 pound pork tenderloin
2 granny smith apples, sliced
2 onions, sliced
1 C Grove Square Spiced Apple Cider
1 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1.5 tsp sage
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp thyme leaves
1/2 tsp allspice
1/2 tsp paprika
2 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp brown sugar
Tips
Directions
1. Brown tenderoin in skillet. Place in crockpot.
2. Mix flour and spices together. Sprinkle some spice mixture over pork.
3. Cover pork with onions and apple slices. Sprinkle remaining spices and brown sugar on top of onions, apples, and pork.
4. Pour apple cider in crockpot.
5. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours.
