Introduction

I love vinegar based slaws! Save on calories but have a great dish for fish, bbq or with ANYTHING! I love vinegar based slaws! Save on calories but have a great dish for fish, bbq or with ANYTHING!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3 Cups shredded cabbage (i use the bag stuff that's already shredded for you)
    3T vinegar (use cider...i sometimes use white if i don't have cider on hand)
    2T sugar
    1/4 t pepper
    1/4 t salt
    1/4 t dry mustard
    1/4 t celery or caraway seed (i have only used celery)


Directions

combine all ingredients beside cabbage in a bowl. Whisk until sugar is desolved. Pour on top of cabbage. Let sit about an hour before serving.
